1.2. The Platform enables registered users to buy, sell, and exchange virtual cosmetic items (“skins”) associated with video games, including but not limited to Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) and other supported titles.
1.3. By accessing, registering on, or using the Service, the user (the “User”) confirms that they:
• have carefully read and fully understood these Terms;
• agree to be legally bound by them;
• accept and comply with all related Company policies which form an integral part of these Terms;
• meet the minimum legal age requirements applicable in their country of residence.
1.4. If the User does not agree with these Terms or any referenced policies, or fails to meet the age requirements, they must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

  1. Definitions

Unless otherwise stated, the following definitions shall apply throughout these Terms:
• Platform / Service — the digital marketplace operated at https://ironskinz.r-one.dev;
• Company — DIGISKINS LTD;
• User — any individual who accesses or uses the Service;
• Account — a personal user account created via Steam authentication;
• Transaction — any operation involving the purchase, sale, exchange, or withdrawal of virtual items;
• Virtual Items / Skins — in-game cosmetic items provided through Steam-supported games;
• Payment Service Provider (PSP) — a third-party entity facilitating payment or payout operations;
• Commission — fees charged by the Company for facilitating Transactions;
• Policies — supplementary legal documents governing specific aspects of the Service.

  1. Account Registration and Access

3.1. Full access to the Service requires authentication through a valid personal Steam account.
3.2. The User represents and warrants that the Steam account used is lawfully owned and controlled by them and does not infringe any third-party rights.
3.3. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account, including:
• safeguarding Steam login credentials;
• protecting devices from unauthorized access or malware;
• avoiding sharing Account access with any third party.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate Accounts if it reasonably suspects violations of these Terms, applicable Policies, or detects fraudulent, abusive, or high-risk activity.

4.1. Access to the Service is permitted only to Users who meet the following minimum age thresholds:
• United Kingdom — 18 years;
• European Economic Area (EEA) — 16 years or the minimum age defined by local law, whichever is higher.

Users are entitled to:

• customer support through official channels;
• protection of their personal data in line with data protection law;
• exercise rights granted under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

8.1. General Provisions
This section governs the rules and conditions under which Users may request and receive payouts through the Service. By submitting a payout request, the User agrees to comply with these Terms, all Company Policies, applicable regulations, and the rules of Payment Service Providers (“PSPs”).

8.2. Eligibility for Payouts
Payouts are available only to Users who:
• reside in regions supported by the Company and its PSPs;
• use supported bank cards or other approved payout methods;
• have successfully completed all required KYC/AML verification procedures;
• have not engaged in prohibited or restricted activities as defined in this Agreement;
• provide accurate and valid payout information.
The Company may update eligibility criteria at any time.

8.3. Payout Processing Time
• All payout requests are processed by the Company within 1 (one) business day from the time the request is submitted.
• Actual fund settlement by the User’s bank or card issuer may require additional time beyond the Company’s control.
• The Company does not guarantee the exact time at which funds will appear in the User’s account after the payout has been released to the bank or PSP.

8.4. Payout Limits
Unless otherwise stated on the Service:
• Minimum payout amount: 10 USD
• Maximum payout amount: 5,000 USD per transaction

8.5. Fees
The following fees may apply:
• service or processing fees;
• PSP or bank fees;
• currency conversion fees (if applicable).
All applicable fees are displayed before the User confirms the payout.

8.6. AML and KYC Requirements
The Company may request identity verification, proof of address, or information regarding the source of funds.
Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent payouts.
The Company may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

8.7. Compliance With Visa and Mastercard Rules
All payouts must comply with the rules of international card schemes, including Visa and Mastercard.
The Company may adjust payout procedures to reflect changes in scheme requirements.

8.8. Restricted and Prohibited Activities
Users may not request payouts related to:
• money laundering;
• use of stolen or unauthorized cards;
• fraudulent, misleading, or fictitious activity;
• sanction evasion or bypassing regional restrictions.

8.9. Reasons a Payout May Be Declined
A payout request may be declined if:
• incorrect or invalid payout details were provided;
• the payout method is unsupported;
• KYC verification is incomplete;
• suspicious or high-risk activity is detected;
• regional restrictions apply;
• PSP or technical errors occur.

8.10. Refunds and Reversals
If a payout cannot be completed, funds may be returned to the User’s account balance, minus any applicable fees.

The Company acts as an intermediary between the User and PSPs and is not liable for:

• fees imposed by the User’s bank;
• errors caused by third-party payment systems.
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount of the specific payout transaction.

How long does a payout take?
The Company processes all payout requests within 1 business day. Additional time may be required by the User’s bank.
What are the payout limits?
Minimum — 10 USD.
Maximum — 5,000 USD per transaction.

Yes. All applicable fees are displayed prior to confirming the payout request.
Why was my payout declined?

  1. Prohibited Conduct

9.1. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in actions including, but not limited to:
• unauthorized account access or sharing;
• attempts to bypass Steam or platform limitations;
• fraud, bot usage, abuse, or manipulation;
• interference with software, code, or infrastructure;
• distribution of malware, phishing, or harmful content.

  1. Risk Acceptance

10.1. Users acknowledge inherent risks associated with virtual item trading, including market volatility, delays, or third-party service issues.
10.2. Full disclosure of such risks is provided in the Risk Disclosure Policy.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect losses, third-party failures, or User misconduct. Total liability shall in all cases be limited to commissions paid within the preceding three (3) months.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

  1. Amendments

The Company may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
